Jane Thorne
President & Chief Executive Officer
Jane Thorne has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. She has been with Crosby Property Management Ltd. since 1979. Jane holds the designation of a Certified General Accountant and is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia. She serves in the Strata Management Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and previously served as the Vice President of the Board with the British Columbia Apartment Owners and Managers Association and the Education Chair of the Strata Property Agents of British Columbia.

Les Porter
Executive Vice President
Les Porter has over 32 years of experience in the property management and development industry and has been with Crosby Property Management Ltd. since 1988. Les is responsible for all marketing and operational aspects of the company. He is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia and is a member of the Education Committee with the Urban Development Institute.

Wendy Shum
Chief Financial Officer/Manager of System Development
Wendy Shum has over 15 years of experience in the property management and public practice industry.  Wendy is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and the business and technological systems of the company as well as all aspects of the accounting department. She holds the designation of a Certified General Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Ken Drebit
General Manager, Strata
Ken Drebit has over 20 years of local experience in the real estate sales and property management.  Ken is responsible for the operation aspects of the company's Strata Division overseeing over 250 strata corporations. He is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia as Managing Broker for Trading, Rental and Strata.

Judith Harris
General Manager, Investment Properties
Judith Harris has over 20 years of local real estate experience in all areas of property management, leasing and asset management. Judith is responsible for the company’s rental, commercial, and asset management departments overseeing over 4 million square feet of income producing properties. She is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia as an Associate Broker, a Trading, Rental and Strata Representative.

David Parsons
Client Relations and Business Development Manager
David Parsons obtained a diploma in Urban Land Economics in 1999. He has managed rental and strata titled properties, had been a Managing Broker and has served the Real Estate Council of British Columbia as its Property Management Compliance Officer. David is responsible for marketing Crosby's strata management services and for strata client relations. He is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia as an Associate Broker to provide Trading, Rental and Strata Management Services.

Bruce Adanac
Assistant General Manager, Strata
Bruce Adanac has over 7 years of experience in the property management and 13 years working in management in the hospitality industry. Bruce is responsible in assisting the General Manager, Strata, in the operation aspects of the company’s Strata Division. He is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia as a Strata Representative.

Cynthia Tabora
Controller
Cynthia Tabora has over 7 years of experience in the strata, residential and commercial rental property management.  Cynthia is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting department.  She held the designation of a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
