Kiva
Part of the Crosby philosophy is to provide our employees with proper tools so we may be successful in our work endeavors. Similarly, Kiva provides funding in the form of loans to poverty-stricken individuals in third world countries to empower them to become independent and successful in their own business ventures. We at Crosby are excited to be part of 'the solution' through this program.

Local Food Banks
Each year before the holiday season, Crosby holds an internal Food Bank drive amongst our employees. The amount of food collected has increased over the years and last year we were able to donate forty boxes of food to those less fortunate.
