Throughout Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and Squamish, we provide a full range of professional services for all types of real estate from strata, rental, and social housing to commercial projects, parking lots and self-storage units. Crosby is a fully licensed real estate company and all our property managers are licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia. Our Trust Account accounting system is audited and reported to the Real Estate Council of BC annually.

Crosby Property Management Ltd. is a subsidiary of FirstService Residential Management (FSR).
