We acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The tenant may end a monthly tenancy by giving the landlord at least one month's written notice. A notice given the day before the rent is due in a given month ends the tenancy at the end of the following month. For example, if tenant wants to move out on May 31st, the tenant must make sure the Landlord receives written notice on or before April 30th.
  • I/We agree to grant access to any representative of Crosby Property Management Ltd. for the purpose of showing prospective tenants through the property in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act.
  • This notice is not valid until received by Crosby Property Management Ltd.
